Our Story

Started in 1992, Kyu was born by a guy name Kura Kishimoto. Drop out off high school, he went straight to work in the one of the busiest sushi kiosk in his area. Since then, he fell in love in the art of sushi. For him, it's never about the fish, but to show the incredible taste of art you can achieve just from preserving the fish the right way. Now he bringing his art to this city.
